Well, what is the point of leading a club if everything is written and you use other people's guides for everything?
Also, you do not wish to share with your opponents everything, now do you?

No you're not wrong, and there is a lot of information to be found in the forums (especially the FAQ), but imagine this scenario: I'm leading my league, by 2 points, I play 2nd place next week. Someone on the forum asks for a good formation. I post my formation and my strategy. My opponent sees this, sets up friendlies with a few friends and has them play the formation, 2nd place then crushes me and I fall to 2nd.

Now what often happens is groups of friends form within Private Leagues and they send messages back and forth about tactics and they grow as a group, but this is never done publicly.

I suppose the whole thing could have gone one of two ways with this game, the way it is now, or a community where everyone shares their formations. If it was the latter, we'd be dealing with a formation "meta" where everyone was playing a certain formation or a counter formation for that formation. Eventually leading to games that looked nothing like football, and more like chess, with CF's defending and RB's scoring goals. I'm sure that could have been fun, but the game went the other way.

Yes. If I know it. I will share it. Success comes with sharing. I believe it.

You didn't understand me. I'm not looking to find everything. Just basics of the game. For example: How can a forward score a goal? What is the factors for dribbling, shooting or shots on goal. Shooting isn't the only factor for scoring i guess. What is it? I'm not searchinn the exact numbers. I'm searching for factors and closest things. Do you understand me now?

If everyone shares. It's not problem. The dynamics of the formations is really important for me. It's not formation stealing I'm searching for.

Nope, don't understand you. Can you repeat it maybe?
As I said. Advanced formation is the most crucial factor of the game. Scoring goals is random, and it depends on shooting and certain skills.
There is nowhere to be found a mathematical ratio for scoring goals depending on the percentage of "shot" ability or number of skills. There just isn't any.
And as I said, it is more or less random thing depending also on your opponent adv. formation and average of his players.

Now do you understand me?

I did, but the conversation went in direction of sharing and the only thing people could share when speaking about tactics are adv. formations.

I know for example that when it comes to dribbling the % of dribble stat is what determines will the player be successful at dribbling against a player, compared to the other player ball steal stat. After the dribble speed and passing stats determines will the next action be successful. Depending will the player run or pass, which depends of advanced formation.
But again there is a random factor that will bring few ball steals even if defending player has much lower ball steal stat compared to other players dribble stat.

If there are ratios (percentages), only developers know them.

Edit; I forgot about the strength of the players, the one that is stronger will win more duels, thus dribbles.
