This is the answer to my question with explanation. Let us assume the four managers are three crown, rccg, emelie and vicflo. The four of them meet @ a conference and exchange handshake among themselves, they will av six (6) hand shakes with each other and it goes lyk this..... Three crown will shake rccg, emelie and vicflo and that is 3 handshakes, den rccg will shake emelie and vicflo and that is 2 handshakes and finally, emelie will shake vicflo and that is 1 handshake... 3+2+1=6 handshakes. If u observed vividly, no manager is left out of the handshake... i.e. All d four managers shake each other.
