Yes, sickox....I need the hard part....the advanced formations and tactics...the type that makes a team with 30avgs and below to win a team with 60avgs and above 15/07/2014 23:32

Ah, I see.
So in addition to reaping the benefits of someone else's hard work you'll also be needing some extra performance enhancers. You know, the kind we all know about and can help us beat way better teams in the game, but never use ourselves.

If someone gives you a formation now, you'll think you're Brian Clough as you rocket up two divisions. This is a good time to start bragging about your winning streak and telling more experienced managers that you can't say if you're the best manager in the game, but you're certainly in the top 1. Nobody will ever beat your high offside trap, you'll chuckle, as you beat yet another system bot 9-0.
Suddenly, Div 4 comes around and you're getting hammered by guys who know what to do for themselves, those who never begged on the forum. You'll have been in the game too long for anybody to be sympathetic to your cause, and humble pie will be your only meal. You'll blame the game, and then come up with ludicrous suggestions as to how the game can be improved. It can't possibly be your fault - you're Brian Bloody Clough.

My advice to you is to learn as soon as possible to do things yourself. Take a look through the forum (the older stuff is also valuable), it's full of tips on how to create advanced formations. If you can't find it you're not trying hard enough. Try to figure out what style of play fits your team and also build a mental matrix of what style trumps another. You'll be thankful in the long run.

Good luck.

If you get a winning formation pass it to me please, like that we can see if it works in third division....
