Personally, as new player (this is my 2nd season) I won't comment changes because I don't have needed game experience to compare with, except one: I do support rewarding more than just first two board positions. With rewards for first 5 clubs, it will be much more interesting to play second season half when you are average club in middle of the board. Actually, I'll be glad to see at the beginning negotiable sponsors offers - depending on targeting board position(s) - and board position € ending rewards for every club, depending on placement of course, to motivate even weaker clubs to fight harder for every point they can get. Just take a look at private leagues which have longer rewarding sheet - even in last round they are motivated to play their best to reach 5th place, as example, instead of PLs with reward for winner only where often last 3-4 rounds no one even watch.

And yes, bravo for killing ex/imp button. Who is smart enough to set good formation once, can do it again in less than 5 minutes. So, all the copying is just helping stupidity and lazyness. After all, there are no 2 exact teams who can play exact same formation up to the last detail - and if you are unable to see in match where you should improve your players movements, then all the copying in the world can't help you.
