No body here is good in training juniors. Just find a position of interest to train, then buy good progression juniors not more than 15yrs (16yrs upward with good averages is ok) then seek training advice from good managers who train the position. Don't base your team on loan players, loan few players that helps, not to command what you train. Because if you loan a player, you must be committed to train them. Find a good coach. 85% above |
