Trainings increase their quality. Two ways of training are there for you, one requires certain sum of money (increases quality by 1‰ per course), other requires 100gbs (increases quality by 2% per course). | 09/10/2014 10:16 |

Thank you. i am worried because my senior team coach has gone for these trainings but the ratings of my players does not progress steadily. |

If your coach is low, your players will take more time to progress. Hire a coach with ratings as close to 99 as possible and then train them. Fully upgrade your dressing room to have maximum motivation for the players. | 09/10/2014 15:38 |

for me a newish manager a 91% youth coach + is the #1 when u in div 3 and have high prg senior u aim to keep then get 91+ senior too other staff not vip |

yeah ofc ur right!!!! lol etc... i think we all have to be mindful of how people with no text speak skills read our stuff. So i will keep it to a min, thanx whatamidoing glad to see someone is watching the watchers  |
