The morale of your players is going down which affects the player's average. You have to put your psychologist to work in order to gain the morale. You can find a psychologist in the staff option. Takes 24 hours to finish his work. | 29/11/2014 19:34 |

I always run my psychologist and their moral is always high, I've noticed dat when I lose a match their average goes down a bit but when I win it returns to normal | 29/11/2014 21:07 |

When you lose a match, you can't expect your players morale to be the same, just assign those staffs for morale and fitness.. Or next time, throw them a huge party  let them drink beers and forget their sorrow Edited by mr waz 30-11-2014 00:03 |
