Cause my phisio is not working wellI have a bench team and rotate them in for pl games only, I also have put advanced tactics that control player effort for different situations in the game ( being up by 2 goals for example means my effort drops to 40) this has helped a lot. Training all positions strategically helps as well, look to find one or two training sessions for defense, mid and forward and then train them back to back, increases their recovery faster. Plus always have physio, and psych going. |
