I have noticed a trend among new managers and that is they dont bother with youth  youth is where every decent manager makes most of their cash as a new manager u cant afford to buy high prg players but its easy to sign 70-80prg for next to nothing u can sign upto 25 players all can be the same position then u can train them all every day  look for the best youth coach u can find (80-89%) after 1 season u can sell the players u bought and make 1000%+ return on investments now u can afford to sign the best youth players, here u can sign a 92+ prg player for about 20- 50m, these are the players u keep and will take u to div1, they will improve very quickly and in no time u will have something like... http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=18058464  if u want money buy and sell youth |

You are right and I understand that, but when you are at the bottom, the only tought is To get promoted as soon as possible, so you try To buy senior players even if they don't improve in the short term and even if you don't get a profit from their selling. Then when you get acquainted To the game you start To realize that your initial strategy was wrong...but this is part of the game.
