LOL

Nel-Nino, I have noticed the player you show has a rather high agressivnes. Combined with high(er) effort he will get cards more likely.
So if you want to prevent this in the future, keep attention on that stat when buying players or while training them. At least when it comes to offensive players. It is just a guess of mine, but I think the agressivnes combined with other factors such as high effort, tough match (tough opponent) and lower ball steal will lead to cards when offensive players try to steal the ball (put pressure on last line)

Curious of other peoples opinions on this theory.

So I'm training CDF in senior..
I'm not sure why I didn't think of this before.. but even in my league games, unless it's very close, I start 4 CDF and sub in LDF/RDF at minute 15. So 4 of my CDF are now at 100% or more motivation for that day's training.
This can also be used for other positions as well - I think I've seen rosters with >10 forwards where LF/RF actually start at LM/RM.

As far as I am aware, leadership is only conected with experience gain and captain points.
Agressivness wil result in cards only because of lack of skill in defensive abilities, which you can't realy compensate in any way other than getting less agressive players. But less agressive players, won't bite the last line as much....so not sure really is it a bad thing, maybe biger rooster. (speaking of offensive/forwards)
