For FBI family information purposes...
I wasn't sure where to add this if in the chat or market posts... so I decided to make one of its own...

**What positions do you train in senior and junior and what is your coach level?
**Has the training you've been using boosted your players or are you noticing a stall?

This helps for loaning purposes and also for tips and tricks on the training ground...
I would much rather loan out a player to an FBI member then to a random Div 6 team

I'll start...
I train senior defenders with a 98% coach, this has been my career time position, taking tips from great managers I think I mostly hit the spot for a good defender...Clearences x2, Tackling x2, Running x2 and Intercepting... my Defenders have grown greatly, specially in the Speed and Ball Steal stats...

for juniors I train forwards with a 99% coach, my second/third season with forwards and I have to say it's working better now then when I began... training also came from the help of another manager, I think FBI also... Beating Markers x2, Attacking Headers x2, Crossing x2 and Sprint... this has worked wonders for my juniors... planning on a sale soon now that they have all grown to be great strikers (:

Well, In my case, I have a 99% coach in juniors and 96% in seniors. However, I think I'm not taking advantage of my coaches, since I don't notice that much evolution in my players, even for the ones with higher progressions. In Juniors, I train mostly forwards. And in senior I just left it automatic, so that all my players can evolve equally, probably wrong at that? Not the most experienced player over here...

Any advice will be gratefully received!

Golden Ball
Never ever leave it at automatic again from today Changeman FC.
I have 99 coach in both junior and senior. In junior, i train defense with a wide range of trainings. Man to man, running and tackling are dominant in my trainings. With aerial play and running with the ball also a core for techniques.
The above does not mean i leave out other defensive trainings like intercepting and clearance. I do all that's why i stated it is complicated.
Going to seniors, i have a fix training.
Running x2, tackling x2, indepth passing x2 and ball control x2. Yes 8 days but it helps both my midfield and defense with the mids training 7/7 whiles the defense do 4/7
Edit: Because i don't train attackers, i buy old ones with lot of experience and skills. They're pretty cheap but are real super stars my CF is an example. Without him i won't be in divi 2 now.

Best scorer
I train OM and IM in juniors, I got a couple of wingers training dribbling and shots as well.
I don't have a specialized training organized in Seniors but I do mids more.
Got 99 coach in both.
Here's my training schedule in juniors for this season (Since I've done enough in-depth for 3 seasons, I started with leadership training for my OMs from this season)

Intercepting Passes*2
Shots on Goal*1
In-depth Passing*1
Running*1 alternating with Running with the ball*1
Beating Markers*1 alternating with Dribbling*1
Ball control*1
Tackling*1

With this schedule, I can balance out OM and IM training. OM gets 7 days and IM gets 5 days training in my 8 days training cycle.

For seniors,
As I said I focus on mids more, I run In-depth, ball-control, Tackling, Running, Shots on Goal, Clearances(Alternating with Man marking), Saves more prominently.

I do senior team (98%, 99 on 5/1) D training this season [switching to xIM next season once all my current defenders are above 80]
Tackling x2
Running x2
Clearances x2
Intercepting x2
I bought a couple CDF with low leadership and so I did Running With the Ball every weekend last season to bring them up.. that's why my CDF have higher dribbling than passing.

Also: The first skill of all your xD should be "Precise Passing" - so that your defenders won't have their passes intercepted by opposing xIM!

Junior team (97%, 99% by 5/16) xIM training - but I aim for balanced players, not IM's with no shooting ability.
Last season I made a mistake and did no SoG.. so the training was lopsided. This season to counter I'm:
ShotsOG x2 - every 5 days regardless
Ball Control x2/x1
Running x2
Passing x1/x2
The x1/x2 means that one session between shots on goal I'm doing 2 ball controls and 1 passing.. the next, 2 passing and one ball control.

I was driving at the moment of hostile this week.. missed the good DFM's by 10 seconds!

Anyone here training junior defenders? I'd like to loan out a couple of juniors for them to improve their skills, since I'm training forwards only. Please let me know if anyone can help me on that. Also, I can train forwards if anyone interested, I train them daily with 99% coach. Thanks! 10/05/2015 17:19
