My store & restaurant have items frozen which were supposed to be prepared yesterday and Im not making any money from either. Is this a system glitch? Does anyone know how to fix this? I've contacted customer service but haven't heard back from them yet. |

That's not good!! I'm hoping its a glitch they'll be able to repair before the start of the new season. They usually shut down the server for a day or two to fix any issues. By the way, in your settings, what time zone are you in and what did you select? I'm in Canada and can't get a time zone close to mine. Edited by frankycaps 24-06-2015 19:18 |
