A player will be eligible for HOF once he gets 10 HOF points. HOF points can be gotten by 3 means: - when a player gets to be MVP many times. - when a player stays in the squad longer than 3 years. - when a player gets a season achievement (ie. top scorer). When that player gets 30yo, he will have the option to retire to HOF, and a season after retirement, you'll also have the option to hire him as an employee. The benefits are: - 1 achievement for putting a player in HOF (just the first time). - another one for hiring him as staff (first time too). - if you hire your former player as an employee, he will improve your current employee avg by a % depending on your player avg. IE, if you retire a 50% avg player and your current coach is 80%, if you hire your player as a coach, he will get a 2% improvement, and you'll have your player as employee with a rating of 82%. (there are only 3 achievments right? top scorer, recoveries, and assist Plus how its calculated, the average of player as staff. i did not get the 50% guy giving 2% addition to staff member Edited by Changeman FC 15-10-2015 11:03 Edited by AKBER_ 15-10-2015 11:15 |

- If I'm not wrong, it's 1 point each 10 games chosen as MVP. - Yes, those 3 are the possible achievements, but it adds a point each time the player gets one. So, if he is top scorer 5 times, he'll get 5 hof points. - I'm not really sure how the avg increase is calculated. But I know the better the player retired, the higher the improvement he'll get as staff. I remember someone told me he can get up to 8% improvement depending on its quality as a player, and 2% is the minimal. The 50% guy was an example of the minimal, based on my own experience. |
