Ur RF is- 85percent now. Ur CF is- 89 percent now. Ur CF is- 86 percent now U won 5-0 on the 25th. U played no match on the 26th. I don't know the effort you used on the 25th. But all the players were 99percent then cos it was the first league match. If you used 100 effort then. Your player would reduce to 72percent stamina or 70percent. On the 26th u played no match. So your player would av gotten a 10percent(i quess) stamina increment. And today ur players will b 92 or 95percent( that depends on the percent of your physio and psycho), and u said u played 0 eff today ur players are surely going to decrease with 7percent.
