That's why it's private. Everybody's got a private time where you can do whatsoever you like, and even demons cannot ask you what's wrong. It's the same thing with a private league. The forums, pattern of play, rules are completely off control. And, I must say this, that by being off control doesn't mean you can abuse its privileges and act in a disorderly manner. I say this because we have some very annoying managers who do not understand good ethics, and they also do not see anything wrong in their behaviours! The organisers of a league may welcome outsiders to fellowship with them on their forums, while some may not allow it, and you cannot question them. If you try to flout their rules, your next private message may be a warning from a fiscal of the game. That's by the way. In essence, Oyewale could do whatsoever he wanted to do in the forum of his private league and no one (not even fiscals) would lift an eyebrow. Report all you like, and you'd be wasting your time. That's the amount of respect the game has placed in private leagues and private messages too, and everyone must understand this. The post counts achievements means so much to many people (newbies especially, and I still don't understand why), and if Oyewale got his post counts from illegal means, then he won't be in the game as long as this. Oyewale registered on 05/10/2015 He's date per year. 2011- 85 days 2012- 365 days 2013- 365 days 2014- 365 days 2015- 365 days 2016- 7 days Don't know mathematics but it's = 1552 days He's got 13270 post counts. Post counts divided by the number of days 13270÷1552= 8.550 i.e 8.5 post per day I don't actually think Oyewale should be accused on a blind reason. Because I don't think 8 post per day can be a spam or what you call it. He actually work for it and get it. You can get yours same way. To those who are jealous and make up this thread. You guys are only boosting his post counts. |

What is being done in private forums is not our concern, with the exception of when things go out of hand in a way that would hurt sentiments of a person or a group. There's a marked difference in what you pointed out Kachi and what those supporting your claims actually do, Oyewale didn't just fill 3 pages of a thread in one single day, contrary to your UM forums or (just for an instance) this one taken all the way by 2 individuals : http://en.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=451056&inicio=0 Oyewale posted there for two months and yet it was 2 and a half pages, now imagine if this was in the General forum http://en.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=425666 But both, again, were not stopped by fiscals because they were in private, and did not affect or involve other users who were not wishing to be a part of this. Lastly, just because fiscals policed spamming to some extent in the past, since it was meant to restore the tidiness and order of the old times back and not stop users from posting, doesn't mean it applies every time a user makes a double post or posts more than once in a day. Spamming for us is not what oxford tells us, that is "sending the same message to a large number of internet users), but it is spamming when two jobless users fill 5-10 pages of a public thread chatting about their lives and all the other nonsense that should rather have been confined to private messages. I think we have made it clear to those who police threads on our behalf everywhere, that we do not need your help in the form of another pointless post. Report if it is a clear case of spamming, else let us decide what is a spam and what is not. Closed. |
