Make motivation% like in juniors so you cant train/farm players out of position with 100%+motivation. Only few of us who farm will not like it but its very important on long term. This also like loans create a lot of high avg players and makes the rich richer. |

Well you are famous for your forwards  its good for ppl who really want to play managerial games as it requires patience. but i see in sm there are not alot who have patience to see their team grow. i have been playing for around 3 years and i still like it and i have a job also. so i think there is a popularity/marketing/financial aspect to your suggestion. |
