how can i make the motivation of my junior players to increase?. some of them are going down despite puting them in the line up. pls i need advice. 31/03/2016 23:23

Ok. You've to click the "Automatic" button of your junior lineup.

Then set the lineup manually. It works that way.

Some of them can be playing way out of position, try make a formation to accomodate your farm, best juniors in first team (5 in case of defs) to train at 100%, fill up with other players to complete first eleven. Then the rest of the farm train in substitute at 80%. 01/04/2016 05:18

What do you mean by training low? That RIM gained 0.14 on his pass skill on 85% motivation. Thats fairly good taking all in account.
(his progres, your coach strenght, motivation)
Keping that in mind, the rest of your players influenced by In-depth passing training have either pass their peak (your IM), or are nearing their peak (forecast) and will soon be at it; thus the low effect of training.

Don't misplace your players, many of them are on 22% motivation
