 Hi.. I kept on getting messages from other managers to help them on training and loaning out their players. So I wrote this hoping any fiscals/admins can move this to FAQ section.

How to find trainers :

1) If your player has very good average(75+), your inbox is already flooded. So reply to them one by one.
2) Try the loan market thread http://en.strikermanager.com/foros/foro.php?id=96946 There will be many managers posting their requirements for loan players specifying their training schedule.

For your player to get trained they need

1) A position in starting line up (This will give 100 motivation)
2) A 24x7 training schedule (Check the training table http://en.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=281772 )
3) A better coach (preferably 90+)
4) A stadium with good dressing room (this will give 5 extra motivation)
5) A good team which has high chances of winning(This will give 5 extra motivation)

From the trainers' end he'll expect a very good player for very low salary (So keep the salary low but beware of hostiles).

Things you need to ask to the manager :
1) The first 3 points specified above. Ask for screenshots too.
2) Link of any player the manager has already trained.

Things you need to find for yourself :
1) Check points 4 and 5.
2) Check if the manager is really training the position you are loaning out.
3) Is he training another player with better average in the same position? Better avoid (unless his formation has a place for your player in starting line up).
4) Check his existing players. (How are they getting trained? Which position?)

I know it's pointed to those who lend, but still has relevant points, like training schedules, motivation %, coach avgs. That's why I mentioned it...
