You are going there with your players, if its a higher div remember the teams there a little better than yours and the managers. So Is better you stay with your team and make them better to the Div . |

Kismetjo said: by accepting offer to take in charge of a new team, pls what is advantages and disadvantages? Advantage : 1) You move to higher division. This means, you will play against better teams and so your income increases by filling your stadium with more capacity. (few extra millions per game) 2) If you are ready to work on your tactics and manage to sustain in the higher division (finish in top 12) you are most likely to get benefitted because your advanced formation, tactics everything will get better and ready to face better teams. Disadvantage: 1) If you are in a very good position in your division and you accept the offer to go to higher division but you may end up relegating to your division when the season ends and you start again from match 1 next season with 0 points. 2) Losing matches in higher divisions will be a loss of money from your sponsorship 3) You may also lose the sponsorship money that you'll get at the end of the season if you finish in a bad place (this is a huge money) Moral : If your team is strong enough for next division or you are very weak in your division(you can enjoy few days in higher division) take the offer. Calculate the money you may lose or gain before taking any decision in SM. It's all about gaining money quickly so you aim to reach division 1 in the future. Good luck.
