From now on any team that use lower effort, weak/different formation than usual, tired players, not using substitutes will be getting investigated and possibly punishments especially against the same opponents, as it is happening more and more nowadays 8)Playing a weakened line-up or formation to manipulate standings. If another team benefits from these types of actions, that team may also be fined or punished.''We try to keep SM clean and fair for all users. Let's have a great competitive 2nd half of season, good luck to everyone. The problems in each division increasingly continued .posts /blames /reports/fights i published the press release few days ago to encourage users to report the unfair games and posted here -thread immediately closed .Many private messages - no trust on @s that the cases are not being analyzed .Unfortunately i have the same opinion . i wont play this game too long probably two more seasons .Some are still gossiping that Cag issue posts , he wants to be @ bla bla bla .BS That doesnt mean that we will pretend blind , deaf and watch the theatre. We love the game , we like our good friends which are leaving the game . People are fed up and they are quitting .because they are fedup that their efforts are being stolen and that irregular transfers are not coming to an end . that the market is dying ,that there is no financial fair play and the Release Clauses are manipulated on the upper division because people can pay to salaries more than their income , etc etc etc So we will stand together and ask admins to come back to the game , put their hands on and rewrite the rules in such a way that they cannot be misinterpretated by some `@s to protect their pl mates or friends .(Please pm me for email adress to admins if you dont have it - ) Many complaints were closed here in these forums that it was sent to admins and no response .Ok then its time to get organized and send some letters . i request the users to pm me because they will close this thread anyway .we will find a way to get out of the sewage tank . http://en.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=479536&inicio=10-very remarkable conversation -just to see what kind of language is used and how the users are treated !!! And as i promised once upon a time not to target in the posts any names ; i dedicate this post to those who threatened me recently to shut up !!!!! They know themselves !!! noone is scared from the junta what you are trying to build .On the contrary i encourage all users instead of quitting the game to tell all problems without any fear .Let them remove everybody !! The game is not yours !!It is users game `!!without users u can only play ping pong between yourselves !! A times it's too weird to believee.. Last season I already celebrated and confirm my self to promotion after the 34th game but I later found myself in a critical situation after a team which actually lose heavily to my top 3 rivals rise up against me by feeding his best team against me and put me under serious pressure again. I thought it's a concidence until I came to div 2 and see more weird situations. Managers giving points to their friends and pl mates to gain promotion... It's very bad as this keep going on to become more regular as the game rule is heavily against.. It is killing the game.. As manager who work hard end up not gaining promotion because his/her rival got 1 or 2 free points from a friend. This Game Legends and Memorable users are quitting and giving up because of a lot of situations like this which Fiscal and devs fail to deal with.. The devs appointed 2 new Spanish Fiscal's some weeks ago.Hopefully they will make some contribution to resolve the ongoing problems. It is high time to be bridge between users and devs and interfere to correct the non working system. Nobody here is complaining to complain. Our rights are not protected.The game is not administrated in a fair way. |

Edited by SIRYEMMY 16-03-2017 02:14 that's one of the issue am facing this season when you ask them they will tell you its not deliberate which is not fair not all multi accountant know the rules yet they still get punished! if something is not done then expect everyone excuse as "it wasn't deliberate" , "I forgot to change" we would keep singing the rules until something is done Rule -8) Any action that deliberately weakens your team can be punished. This includes, but is not limited to: selling your team to fewer than 11 players, buying or selling outside of market value, playing a weakened line-up or formation to manipulate standings. If another team benefits from these types of actions, that team may also be fined or punished. |

The way these things are been juxtaposed, Devs should look into this; we can't continue this way. The Devs are not in their normal position, because the game is no longer the SM two years back. They're less concerned, managers are leaving day by day, those who aren't are probably selling out their accounts because they're tired of the way things are been handled. I'm in support of what Cag posted, if this continues operating, then the game is no longer competitive but played in a partial way. Devs should wake up and make amendments, Mickon ✍️ |

High time we came together and work this out, it's still not deliberate because the rule no. 8 has never ever been used against anyone, we need actions from fiscal, admins and devs come next season as the current one is over almost. You will never tamper with your lineup or make mistakes with it if you know that there is a punishment in place! You can't wake up one day, make a good lineup setup against one opponent and a bad one another day against another opponent coincidentally in the two legs against friends or PL mates and expect us to believe that it's okay, a mistake, not deliberate! |

I totally agree, i know alot of managers who decided to quit the game because of the many illegal transactions going on.. the reasoning is simple and goes like this: the more people cheat and get away with it, the more other managers are inclined to cheat whether they believe they can get away with it as well or because they might feel its their only way to keep up with other cheaters. Div 1 is the top div in SM and there are alot of accusations of people cheating in it as Cag pointed out. Everyone thrives and works hard to reach div1 but this doesn't make it any more important than other divisions! This post should be a wake up call not only for the Admins but also to every active manager in sm! In my opinion, adding 2 new spaniard @s is not enough.. an official post and statement from the admins themselves should be given! The rules are there not for decoration and are not just for us! When a rule says: you will be punished for cheating, this means that we as managers are not allowed to cheat AND that people in charge are supposed to do their job and follow up on the transaction! |
