the worst part is. give the tactics/form to them. they will play a higher standard team with lesser than 40% stamina and end up losing...and they come to tell you it's fake or it doesn't work,give me another one...  |

Every manager are entitled to his/her right. It is choice. You can't force me to eat yam if i don't want to. And lastly where you killed your self. Yubix said: Antonio Conte of Chelsea brought the idea of 3:4:3 formation and today a lot of teams in the EPL are using it, not to talk of just a game that is there to pass time and have fun. lets say before he came no one was using 3-4-3, he came he used it and it worked for him. Then managers photocopied him. Do you remember when man city, and tottheam wanted to face chelsea they used 3-4-3, was it conte that told them to use it? They failed but in the second leg, tottheam repeated it and won, man u used 4-1-4-1 and lost he repeated it again and won. Remember when Madrid and barca where rocking the world with 4-3-3. Many managers used 4-3-3. Was it zidane or enrique that told them to use it?it is glaring that those managers photocopied. Then, i will go to the game center(play station 2) and choose man u and set 4-3-3 as my formation. Was it zidane or enrique that called me and lectured me? Tactics is about photocopy. Read; don’t ask gbs ,tactics,formation;it’s not an arrogance guys. A div1 manager if he really decides to compete he can hardly find time for his team. Moreover tactics and formations can work properly if they are customized to your players stats and skills. Means mine might not work to your team. Additionally getting something ready never makes you learn something unless you learn the logic of doing them. So Yubix I would request you to reconsider that in the highlight of above .
