How come when I try to re sign a current player, I have to raise his salary substantially in order to match his current release clause? |

As a players average increases the salary they will demand increases when signing a new contract. It's simulating them being greedy mercenaries like we have in reality 😂 |

How did you manage to understand that question? 🤣😂 It took me sometime to get it. I think the right factor the game considers here is the Player's Age. It's so much significant when resigning a promoted junior for the first time in senior squad Edited by @Oyewale 18-02-2022 20:41 |

Age affects seniors too When the players are young, let's say going from 19-27yo, assuming you resigned at 22yo, for you to keep same release clause at 24yo, you would have to increase salary and it keep going up towards 27yo but as it reaches 28yo, it start going down, I mean that low salary can give high release clause. Actually salary to release clause relationship always peak at 26-27yo. All these will happen even when the average remain the same. |

Do you want the player to remain poor?😂😂 It's just like in real life bro, if the player wasn't deemed valuable then you wouldn't have thought about re-signing him, so a player capitalizes on that and asks for more since you find him still useful in your team. |
