The 20% decrease in salaries was good, but is not a form of compensation to us. Because players avg decreased, they will resign a lower contract BY THEMSELVES. The 2 year reduction in age seems a good plan but I still think 20% is a little too harse. In my opinion, 10% will do just fine (60avg to 54avg seems more reasonable than 60 to 48). This is also a problem: Team A gets player "Messi" for free during the weekend and sells it to team B for X million. With the 20% rule, "Messi" would have dropped avg as well, so team B payed too much for him and is disadvantaged without even abusing the "bug" since he did not know team A got the player for free. "Messi" should have raised his avg back. However, prices were kinda low so 10% raise should be efficient here as well. For the future, it would be advisable that actions taken by the administrators are first communicated and possibly discussed with (a representative of) the active managers. So things shouldnt be corrected afterwards. |

"Last season was different because all players started at £0 regardless of how good they were. " Last season it seems everyone knew the rules going in. This season the rules changed after it was all over. You're right, this season is different. Last season was a free market. This season was an apparently known issue by admin that wasn't revealed as such until after players were told it was cool or not given any guidance, and then penalized for seizing the opportunity. Last season was different. The rules were the same going in and then coming out. What happened to all the players last season when the rules changed...and new teams started coming in more powerful? Instant whine, team resets, and admin adjustment of power. What happens this time when the rules changed? Not our fault, not our problem, it's fair no matter what you say. |

justice is what they do. But you should not worry because if these players were really good, their percentages of training are high. mid-season again will those good players |

there should have been a messenge or something to say, hay that's wrong, if you do that, you' be punished... but nothing happened... 2 extra things: 1.- no law can affect something that happened before the law was created. thus, it would be fair to punish the players who take advantages of this situation in the next transfer market, but not in this. it's unfair, how could i know it was a bug, a fault, or whatever if that's may first season in the game.... it had sense; a.- the players without contract are going in audition. that's to say: if you really want this player, pay for him and assure yourself you have the player. b.- if noone makes an offer, the faster manager will get it, but you're not sure you'll have the player. you're taking the risk of loosing the player if another manager is faster than you... so you may say, well if you really wanted, you should've bought him in audition. i mean, it was not strange to take this into account during last week transfer window. 2.- the screen to buy a player without contract has a particular design, what shows that it was known by the adms... i mean if you want to buy a player in audition, or making an offer to another manager, you have four slots with the amount of money you pay, the amount you would pay if another manager makes an offer at the same time, and slots for salary and contract length. and of course we can refer to the minimun free clause... this weekend, when you tried to sign a free player there were just two slots... salary and contract length (i say that because when i saw it i really though this situation of buying free players, was right) how can it be that a bug had a special page, i mean, it should have been the same page with the four slots, perhaps with the possibility to put in $0 the offer, but never could have been considered a bug a page with a different design. sorry for my english, i tried to do the best i could Edited by Perdy4 20-06-2011 23:34 Edited by Perdy4 20-06-2011 23:35 |

it also should be looked at, if a team gone from 40 to 55 that's unfair. In my case I was already 52 went up to 55, now gone down really low. Good thing I did not replace some I got attached to ( sounds mad), but yes I sold some of my beloved players to get these f*****!! | 20/06/2011 23:35 |

What a bunch of cry babies. If your such great managers, then you'll bounce back from this without much effort. If you quit because of a little set back, then you probably would have quit sooner or later anyway. | 20/06/2011 23:48 |

The rules came out prior to season ending it was announced on here you need to all move on and realise you found a small loop hole but got caught! |

fargone: "What a bunch of cry babies." i'm not insulting anyone, please don't be rude. "If your such great managers, then you'll bounce back from this without much effort." noone said to be a great manager, i'm on fifth division, what shows i'm not a good manager, but i tried to do things well, i've lost a weekend to better my team, and i got punished. that's not fair, you encourage us to try to be the best, but if you do something in order to do that you get punished. |
