Hi guys, is anyone else having this problem? I have so far lost out on 3 mill+ as I have to play all my Striker Cup games away.
I'm sure the system thinks its fair because in Striker Cup they share the income, this is not true.
Besides the fact that I'm playing in a bigger stadium and both teams would benefit with 750k each instead of the 200k I've been getting, I lose out on all the home ground advantages, ie TV, billboards etc

What do you guys think? Maybe it should be a neutral stadium that is a fixed income for all games, ie 3 mill - 1.5 each, in other words every Cup match is played at the STRIKER CUP STADIUM, seating 120 000 or whatever. If you guys agree I'll move it to suggestions.

All my games have been at home. I think it is just the luck of the draw ! 29/06/2011 12:10

The way it is at the minute is how most cup draws take place, until you get to the semis and final then they play in a neutral ground. I think leave it as it is. 30/06/2011 09:14

You haven't lost out on 3 mill so far, could be more. The point is the other manager is ALSO losing out.
Besides this is not real life, in real life there would be no way you could hostile clause the way this is done, no way you could bid on your own player in an auction etc....
Managerleague play all cup games at a neutral venue and its fair and beneficial to both players.
Dont be afraid of change, its not a big one either.

Actually I have, I've played away twice in the Striker Cup, ticket sales would've been £1.4m each and my tv income is 630k per game. But like smithy said, its the luck of the draw. I just accept that it might happen and deal with it.

You've played away 4 times and played at home 5 times so you have no problem, this suggestion is not aimed at you anyway.
Its not about dealing with it, its a SUGGESTION on how to move on and progress with the game, so that its fun for all and FAIR for all players.
