Right a 90% coach = 300k 80% coach = i'm guessing roughly 200k (My worst staff is 86%) They will drop a coach off every 10-15 minutes and put a new one on. I spent over 2M hiring / firing to get the right staff in place. My staff salaries are total over 2.5M/week. Promoted him @ 55 avg on July 10, 2 months and less than 1 season later. even with a 49% coach, you can calculate progression on your 60 player within 2-3 days. |
