I've unhidden the training curve for one of my players for you.

http://uk.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=3976598

He's currently at 32 av and will raise to 45 av, his progression is 45%.

He will raise at 45% of the green bar(with a decent youth coach) all the the way to his forecast of 45 and will stay there for about a year.

However how quickly I get him there is up to me. He may be 45% but if I run training of man marking or running every single day, then he'll get there alot quicker and plateau.

To be honest, I'm not sure weather he'll start coming down earlier just because I got him there quicker though. I'd be curious to know the answer.

No, thanks. At the moment I dont need any new player. And even I am having a financial deficit. I may buy from you next season. Once again, thank you very much. 31/07/2011 21:34

From what I have experienced, progression is not constant through out a player's career. I have had two cases where progression has changed with age. In one case player turned 27, he is still progressing but by lesser amount than last season. Also my best player who is 25 now, increase by 0.397. Last season it was by 0.476. 01/08/2011 00:46

He will plateau for long if he reaches his peak early... He'll start decreasing in the age which now shows his downfall....

There should be a year where he plateaus and will have no arrow. (not guaranteed info, but you can see a lot of 26yo w/ no arrows)

AND it won't change from green to red randomly overnight. it will do so between seasons when they add a year to all of the players...

so you will go to sleep one night, season will switch to new one, and everyone will be older. You, one day, your players - one year....

Thank you! I was starting to get worried.

When you say that there will be a year where he plateaus, do you mean a real year or a season?

Good, thats what I was expecting to happen.

Now back to my question, is there a way to find out how much the progression will decrease from season to season without looking at the forecast?
