I have a question to admins. What is manager experience and how is it calculated? It's actually a bit upsetting when I look at mine and I'm showing level 4 and I'm ranked 2204th and some new guy who's been here for a month gets ranked 1500 spots higher than me at level 5. |

That's cuz they hate you Uruguay. There's special coding that says the longer you are on, the worse your ranking. |
