Strikermanager.com administrators are fine-tuning the training and during the next few days there are high chances that the table values change . After all this time again we have something to say. The workouts have changed, the life table as well. At the moment we do not know how it is quite possible that the interpretation of the table no longer has the meaning it had in the past, but all we have for now. If someone has alot of time, they can figure it out by matching with current training Will it be the same for the Sr's and Jr's? And will they take into account the suggestions made for age (21) and avg (60); or "P's" and 1st/2nd year players; or etc? If what I just wrote made no sense, then probably not  |
