You could use the "area under the graph" trick too, which is essentially the... hey wait a minute... hands off! (for me I mean)

The problem is...players rarely follow that FC curve, they usually train either more or less than expected so that would also throw you off track.

I think the best bet is to do as Nic said. Promote junior with high progression and follow his training values. However, until we get 90+ progression players in all positions from schools (which i think will take a really long time)...we can find exact progressions of low avg juniors known to have 90+ progression using some GB and continue from there. I dont think many would be willing to waste their GB for that though.

yah, the curve is rarely followed, but it is generated based on the true progression of the player (I assume).

Nic's idea is great too though. Should have Group buys for GB (GB for GB).

Nothing, It's pretty useless.

Train your own team, to see what happens.

For example it doesn't tell you than corner kicks only increases leadership for LB/RB LW/RW. Average means nothing any more.
