Such as the 4-month old "GK won't run to the side to pick up a loose ball" bug. Or the "no income for suspended games" bug. As for offside trap, I am all for reasonable fixes to this - AFTER the big bugs are fixed. The last 2 updates made offside trap a BETTER strategy to use, as it completely nullifies 99% of formations. Even with an anti-offside trap strategy (all players are always behind the ball, and behind the midfield line when the ball is in your own half), I received 28 offside calls in a game this weekend because the idiotic players STILL pass to players in an offside position even when no defenders are in front of them and they would be better off shooting. What am I arguing for? The solutions they put in place with the last 2 updates made the games far worse, especially the most recent update. I'm arguing they need to revert it and start over with a better initial plan to solve these problems. #1 and #2 are on the bug list, and so should be addressed, absolutely. #3 once again sounds like a 3rd update that could be even worse... |

+1 Updates do need to be reverted, if the bugs are not fixed. I'm ok with defender slowing down thing, but CFs are getting dumber as the days go |

I have to say this one worries me a lot. 3)"Massive offside tactics penalized" (and i dont really know what he means by this one) There's already an penalty for "massive offside tactics", if you try it against me I'll put 3-4 goals past you. What needs to stop happening is the massive knee jerk reactions when something's being moaned about in the forums. here's how it goes:- Offside trap is devestating players who don't know how to counter it. The answer was make CDF's slower to turn and chase. Suddenly everyone's scoring lots of goals. People moan about how it's not fair that they're losing 10-0, developers don't like the unrealistic score lines so they make finishing absolutely rubbish. Everyone moans, they decide they will have a more severe penalty for the offside trap. Game become a barrel of Sh*te to watch. Dev's try to fix this by nerfing something else. All the while people quit because the main bugs that make the game hard to play go unaddressed, Fix the frigging bugs on the top ten list for gods sake. |
