I've been very, very annoyed with Fiscals in the past. That's no secret, and it even put me on the verge of quitting the game. But over the course of the past season, I have come to see what a tough job being a fiscal can be, having to balance the entire game, competing priorities, AND run your own team. I have also noticed that FIscals are really making an effort to listen to us, whilst playing this game. I have also recently noticed a campaign against Fiscals. I for one, disagree with it thoroughly. many of us have had issues with Fiscals in the past, but we can only commend them in their response to us. Issues addressed have gradually been dealt with, and whilst the Fiscals aren't perfect, I for one can say that it seems as though things are really coming together. I for one, would just like to say that you are appreciated, and thank you. May you continue to listen to us, and strive to make SM a better place! As a result of which, Here is a gesture of my appreciation: (No, it's not my DFM.) http://uk.strikermanager.com/usuario.php?id=10502049 I hope others can do the same! |

A much needed thread i would suggest, I mean no1 is perfect in this world, let alone fiscals, they're also humans like us, they don't have any supernatural powers and maybe they're not 100% correct always, the thing is, they're serving us a lot, and i can name a lot of fiscals or admins who helped me in past, End of the day, rules are meant to be obeyed, unless, there'll be a lot of grievance but, trust me they do their best for us, like a helping hand And the story ends here, good night, sleep tight all, always stay safe, you and your family May God Bless You Edited by Adam Taylor 23-05-2012 21:44 |

I have never had a problem with any fiscals. They have always been eager to help me when there is a problem. They do an admirable job and they have my support. |

fiscals do a great job and i would like to express my gratitude. i have voted yes, because the game is now much better because of them.....but in light of the events that have gone on recently, i feel some more transparency and better communication with general public explaining their decisions would do them a whole lot of good. only after i was fined, did i came to know of some stupid rule that was applied against me. i feel this little uproar could have been avoided, if they had explained the decisions they took in the general forum. a mini statement citing the reasons would do a lot of good. this would go some way to quelling any dissent that might happen in the future too as managers would become better ware of the rules. i feel this would help too http://uk.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=285584. certainly would have helped in my case. |

100's of manager sanctioned over the past, everyone calm...No one cares about their feelings. 2-3 managers in trouble, no sanction even taken yet, an army stands up for no reason. Even siot_bert didn't create so much trouble after being removed for less serious matter and I respected him more. |

I would like to see a thread that explained why a player got fined or disciplined, you don't have to include the players name or even a specific time, to prevent people knowing who did something. I've never been fined as I'm guessing the size of any purchase or sale I've done flies under their radar, and I've never really found a player that was such a good deal that it would trigger something. However, the guy who posted earlier in the week about getting fined for buying a player at "too good a price" confused me, as when I looked at similar transactions it didn't look like the guy got that much of a deal, if any. Obviously his fine could have been for something more than what was mentioned, but it was sort of an eye opener as it could be very easy to see a transaction you saw as a good deal turning into a fine situation. (Also, what's to say you didn't get the player 25% off average price because the person who auctioned them off foolishly put them on the market late at night? Is that fineable?) Basically some clarity and transparency would be nice, so as to know what to avoid when buying players. |

Check chat and forums....number 2) http://uk.strikermanager.com/wiki/index.php?title=NORMAS_DE_USO "Note that the Fiscals and Moderators are individuals with their own obligations and with limited time, and are not necessarily employees of U-Play Online. Therefore, they are not obliged to answer or to take into account the comments received, nor give explanations on the measures they deem necessary to ensure the accomplishment of rules. However, they will try to do as far as possible or reasonable within the limits of the game." I guess that is the only reason why you should ask a particular @ if you think something is unfair instead of creating small groups . If he refuse, ask another one and if they all refuse to talk maybe then you can talk to devs (this is when sanction is taken not when it is not). If they refuse and you still think the game is unfair, you have the opportunity to leave. If we all find it unfair, we all leave then they will change Edited by patient 23-05-2012 23:03 |

Guys, we are doing the best we can with limited tools. Trust me, its not easy as a fiscal to determine a collusion between managers using hostile clause and one that is totally innocent or a user that has a grievance and takes it out on another user by hostiling his players and tries to get that user into trouble. I apologise on behalf of all fiscal@ if we are not transparent enough and we will try and communicate as much as possible. Please be aware tho, its not always in the best interest of the game to openly discuss fiscal methods or cases as this gives leverage to potential cheats. Thank you to those who realise our predicaments and maintain support for us, we genuinely appreciate it and its for those users we are happy to volunteer our time to maintain sanity and order in this **most excellent** online game. |
