You will beat the team in 19th place easily. They early promoted and are very bad. Go 0 effort against them. On the other hand, to help you out. If your coaches aren't 95%+, then work on those first. Then maybe finish your stadium or sell some of your juniors for some profit, then you will have extra money at hand to buy better players with. |

elfolksy said: div6 and div5 managers giving advice to div3 manager on how to improve his team's performance! Lol What get you to div3? Though the div6 manager is highly esperieced! Haha Culea used to be the best in the game though. Kurush, keep improving your stadium like I see you are doing and since I see you are training forwards spend that money on high progression forwards you can train and sell for a profit. 100M is not too much in the game right now; buy some top juniors and make some money on them. |

Help me out! you're not doing too bad considering some of the squads in your div. i think your stadium is pretty good for div 3 too. it's always good to invest in youth, but if i were you I would save up & buy the quickest attacker you can afford, then aim for 12th place or above & build from there |

Help me out! this happened to me last season in division2. My team simply wasn't ready yet to play with the "big guys". At some point, when I was trailing too much to have hope to still avoid relegation I basically gave up and started preparing for next season in division3. Stuff like that happens in real life football too. A team gets promoted to a higher league just to find out the hard way that they aren't strong enough for the kind of opposition they encounter there. My advice: Don't try to push it with buying new players You can't afford and ruin Your team financially in the process. (Don't forget:Next season in division4 Your income will be considerably less then it is now!) If You are "outgunned" too much, just accept it, enjoy the higher income in division3 as long as it lasts and prepare for division4 next season. Try to use that extra income to lay down the foundation for Your return to division3 in the future with a stronger team. Focus on building Your stadium and develop Your team, preferably with training up some highly talented juniors. Try to learn something about tactics from the more experienced players You face in division3! Don't just see Your present misfortune as a disaster, but as an opportunity to become a better manager with a better team! |

I'm in the same boat...really struggling in division 3. I switch every day between preparing to return to division 4 and really trying to stay up. However, I've upgraded a few positions since the beginning of the season and have been training heavily on defense. I've noticed my team competing more lately in my league games, so hopefully I can turn it around, though it will be tough. Edited by @sabrefan62 27-10-2012 20:37 |
