Dear @s I refer to below link of a 97 avg 25 yrs RDF hired by @Fahorax and request clarification for the following ; http://en.strikermanager.com/inicio.php?accion=/jugador.php%3Fid_jugador%3D17160514 i reported The transfer of the player Dirk Blusch (17160514) dated Friday, 18 03:57 between the team Pizza Party (3285) and the team 007 Golden Pugs (281) as irregular . I have received a respond from @ yesterday 13.42 Your complaint about the manager @Fahorax has been accepted as valid. http://en.strikermanager.com/inicio.php?accion=/castigos_publicos.php%3Fid%3D10631393 - when i checked the punishments of the user ; last two fines which were from 2015 are empty . 1)What is the meaning of this ?He was fined and no punishments ? 2)The case reported by me does not in the punishment list . What is the meaning of this ? The complaint has been accepted invalid so when shall be the fine issued and listed there ? 3) what is the fine of this irregular transfer ? Is Fahorax as a @ shall be fined same as random users like us ? Or does he have any priviliges ?The empty fines in the past creates question marks and doubts !!!! Are the @s able to be transparent and explain us what is going on ? 4) A user who got already 5 fine penalties and who apparently continues irregular transfers !!Should he continue his @ role ? what are the objectives that we can trust him ?Is it a high expectation that @s should be example to other users in terms of complying with the rules of the game?Are there some rules , limits or a self awareness that @s should leave duties after some incidents? 5) Can a @ do the sixth violation not deliberately ? Should we beleive that ? Finally , guys let me tell all of you something !!! We are a community here and everybody has to understand that .We are spending here our precious time and money . This itself deserves respect . Therefore it should not be too much to expect transparency and justice !!! Justice is necessary one day for everyone no matter if it is one of us or a @ Therefore kindly enlighten the above questions and prevent public frustration . We request our @s to protect the rights of everybody without any exception . Few users in the past has sent some posts with a valid content and were deleted . If you ask me things got out of control after reb,cello,luci,bow etc leave this game. Not saying fiscals now are not good but we need fiscals who can punish his PL mate same as any other user but thats not the case. When you dont punish those things they slowly get out of control. All @ know what i am talking about,there were transfers with 1 - 1.5B profit in just few days(buy player for 2.5B and sell 4B few days later). Most of this transfers are between PL mates or fiscals protecting his friend by not punishing. I suggested and i think its the best solution to REMOVE DIRECT TRANSFER so all players must go on auction. Hope devs will implement this and it will be a lot easier for fiscals too. |

There's also another transfer between @s which it's OOM as well, you may have noticed it. If anyone wants to know just search yourselves  |

I don' t think that removing Transfer agreements would be a good solution.. this would only make the game less interactive. But you are right! A solution must be found.. and i suggest monitoring every transfer agreement.. as in there must be a list of player averages, age, position and so on (similar to similar transfers but is a bit more objective because sometimes you can't find similar transfers for players ex 60+ avg 14yo CFs). This list should be updated every season because as you know prices change! Any price above or suspected to be fraud, should not go through or be accepted by sm directly not by @s ( similar to when sm asks to give the player a higher salary or higher contract years it should ask to give a higher TA!) Also it doesn't mean that we won't be using the similar transfer list, it would compliment the price list!!! Ex: price list of a player 85avg 22yo CF is 80-180M (just an example) Similar transfers of similar players are most of them around 180M Therefore i might buy the player for 180M and at the end of the season the price list should be updated for a higher price of the player with similar avg ex: 160-220M (just an example) PS: cag for @! #no for corruption! that transfer is damn illegal which admin shouldn't pretend not to know Am very sure before an admin is given to a manager he/she must know the essential part of this game (knowing that 700m for that caliber of player is below value) if a non admin does that kind of transfer am pretty sure that person is in for soup so this manager must face the consequences and not covered up you can't expect an @ who cheats to detain me for cheating and accept my offense. caglaryu +1 for you take a look at these transfer http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=17002396.check the player's similar transfer and see if these also is right. Another transfer btw @fahorax and @eamwilson http://en.strikermanager.com/historial.php?id_jugador=13408340 he payed 1.4b and later sold for 750m.the player's latest similar transfer does not suit the market transfer price.but nothing is done to that! too bad @fahorax has been fined 5times and he's still on the game and i have friends who has only been detained once and were removed immediately. #Injustice Must Be Removed From The Game# Edited by Coolboy2700 24-11-2016 08:38 |

Everytime I make a cheat report, I usually note it down with time and date. Just getting response from some of my reports made about 2-3months ago from @lifegu... In this game we only have Fiscals that executes power and no one to put them in check. An old fiscal once told me 'A fishal naver ceat' Meaning 'A fiscal never cheats' (he got a bad english'. Just wondering who can be trusted in this game. Honestly, This game is really dying off! |

Mehn this is getting out of hand... There was a time when my friend was involved in an IP connection with another manager due to a simple reason... The other manager who was involved cheated and my Friend was accused of been the owner of the 2 accounts... He was charged and sent to relegation, I don't know may be the @ involved doesn't get the truth about the situation.... And in this case the transfer between this @s can be translated in many ways... Firstly I see injustice as some managers who were involved in a suspected transfer involving around 200m were heavily fined, another involving 400 to 500m were been qualified as same range of similar transfers.. Secondly is the act of been supercilious,, mean, I see no reason why someone will cheat and go scot free if he or she is not been superior in any way... I think @s will take this case as been very serious and give a decent punishment to anybody involved, we've seen some decent @s in the past and in this moment we have seen the @ who auctioned from zero and hostile the players he desires.
