- Resign all players who are under 20 years old and over average 38. In general, triple their salary and extend their contract to age 27 to protect against having their hostile/release clause executed and players don't start disappearing from your roster...this is part of the game.

Progression is effectively a "learning curve" built into the players, they improve until age 25-27, then deteriorate.

For all except goalkeepers and CF - 40
For goalkeepers and CF - 36-37
Under 35 is fairly worthless at on the senior team
