I think that's fair(er). Don't forget that some people actually bought the players from those who got them for free, and got the penalty without doing anything wrong... |

Obviously some cases should be treated differently, but not all. Remember that if they were good players, their workouts were good too. Soon will return to its current rating, as their workouts will continue to be as good. Definitely it is clear that if we all do something wrong, there will be not consequences. Players did not "abuse" the bug, they did not know it was a bug, they signed the players with their coach sec. normally. So they weren't cheating, to be punished. |

For example: a player of 60 avg became 48, will it now become 52.8 (48*1.1) or 54 (60*0.9) If you player was 60, and now is 48, at the end he should be 54. We have to proceed with the game. It can be a possible solution. A lot of bloodbath over this forum could have been avoided if some of the admins were not too rude. I hope next time you have to take a major decision you talk to the players at first. I have already apologised for that, but i have no problems in doing that again. I am sorry if i offended you by saying you abused the rules, it wont happen again. No worries, what's done is done. Let's just get this over with, and go back to enjoying the game. I could see a strong case made for the 20% deduction if people knowingly did it, but (in my case and in probably 90% of the other cases) many of us seriously thought it was due to it being the end of the season and contract renewals. If it's cheating or not, that's not the point. The point is, that it is unfair, to be able to get a full new squad from scratch by 0€. This is a long term game, a good team needs to be done daily, by doing a lot of negotiations with users, training your juniors daily, etc... it's not possible that you can become the best team in the game by far, just by being fast with your fingers or your network connection, so you can get free good players. This says nothing about how good manager you are. A good manager is a good long-term planner, not the fastest wih the fingers, or the lucky one to be online at a certain point. For me, the best team in the game should belong to the best manager. That is what i call "being fair". Now, with all this mess, if the hipotetical best manager of the game had been absent this weekend, he would have no chance of having the best team in the game for at least 4 or 5 seasons. That is not fair. What about squad was already good and you lost sleep over the w/e to make your squad slightly better and now find yourself out of money and out of players. I spent good money on players recently who I fired to make the space in my squad for slightly better and younger players. |
